These terms are between NexgenMY ("we") and the restaurant using DineFlow ("you").

The service

DineFlow is QR ordering and restaurant management software, provided "as is".

The trial length is shown at signup. Each account gets one trial.

Fees are charged per active branch per month as shown on the pricing page, paid by bank transfer against invoices in the app.

After the grace period, guest ordering and staff tools are paused until payment is approved. Your data is kept.

The restaurant owns its menu and order data and may ask for a copy or for deletion.

Do not upload unlawful content, try to access other restaurants' data, or abuse the service.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous three months.

Either side may stop at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
